In quiet times of the year, cancellation charges may be waivered. NB Hotels booked by and pre-paid on behalf of a client for Take2tours may have a slightly different cancellation policy. Airport transfers: * Any airport transfer booking cancelled within (3) three hours of pick up time will be charged 100% of the rate * Passengers not arriving as per pre-booked instruction, will be charged 100% of the rate. No refunds will be entertained because we usually turn business away, to accommodate your request. * It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Take 2 Tours of any flight, bus or train delay.
