Tours:
100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 7 days of the tour.
50% cancellation fee if cancelled within 30 days of the tour.
All cancellation charges are at the discretion of the management of Take2Tours, its partners, and affiliates.
During quiet periods, cancellation charges may be waived.
Hotels:
Hotels booked and pre-paid on behalf of a client by Take2Tours may have a slightly different cancellation policy.
Airport Transfers:
Any airport transfer booking cancelled within three (3) hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be charged 100% of the rate.
Passengers not arriving as per the pre-booked instructions will be charged 100% of the rate. No refunds will be entertained, as business is usually turned away to accommodate your request.
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Take2Tours of any flight, bus, or train delays.
